Just e-mail us the URL of your journal site. Or, after your trip, send us your completed journal as a single Word file or as text in an e-mail message.

Be sure to give us:

• Your name ("real" world and/or trail name)
  
• The month(s) and year(s) you hiked or rode, and
  
• Where you hiked or rode.
