The Pacific Crest Trail Association’s mission is to protect preserve and promote the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail as an internationally significant resource for the enjoyment of hikers and equestrians, and for the value that wild and scenic lands provide to all people. The annual awards serve as a means to recognize volunteers, partners and supporters for extraordinary achievement in helping fulfill the mission.
Traditionally these awards are presented at Trail Fest. Since Trail Fest is on hold, the PCTA announced the winners at our Annual Meeting on April 2 and will present these awards at local events or projects in each region.
