Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for any unused item within 30 days of the shipping date. Upon receipt of your return or exchange, we will promptly refund the merchandise purchase price to your credit card for returns, or send a replacement item for exchanges.

Shipping Mishaps or Damaged Items
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged in any way, please contact us immediately via email at info@pcta.org or via telephone at 916-349-2109 ext 10. Repack the items in the original shipping box and fill out the return form - we will correct the order or replace the damaged item(s) upon receipt of returned item(s).
