I have updated my Pacific Crest Trail hiker schedules for 2012. These schedules are created by analyzing the trail journals of 17 successful 2009 and 2010 northbound PCT thru-hikers. The average hiking time for all PCT hikers was 150 days (149.3 days for the 2010 hikers, 150.5 days for the 2009 hikers). See the document here:
