High elevation portions of the Sierra Nevada received upwards of six inches of snow this weekend. It has been generally wet for weeks now in the North Cascades. The forecast posted above shows snow predicted for days to come. Snow is not uncommon in the early fall. Plan on being off-trail before it hits.
