A CELEBRATION OF VOLUNTEERS POTLUCK BARBECUE

When: Saturday, September 27, 2014

Where: The Hoyt Arboretum, Stevens Pavilion in Portland, Oregon

Come let the Caretakers & Crew Leaders feed you! Meet new folks & catch up with trail crew friends.

We supply: hot dogs/bratwurst, veggie ‘burgers’ & soft drinks.
You bring: BYOB & a dish to share if you wish.

It’s a celebration of you, our Volunteers!!! And our great work so far this year.

12:00 pm: Geocaching demonstration by Sue Gary. Come learn about high tech treasure hunting or sharpen your skills. Bring your own GPS or we’ll have some to share.

1 pm: Eat! The Potluck begins, dig in to the food & goodies that are being shared.

Please help us lessen our carbon footprint – bring your own utensils & plates!!

Come and meet our Caretakers & Crew Leaders, other trail maintainer volunteers. It’s a great time of “trail stories” of the trail crew kind.

This is happening rain or shine, come join us!
Significant others are most definitely welcome!

Well-behaved, non-aggressive, dogs are welcome on leash, per the rules of the Arboretum!
