Walk-in camp sites are available to participants free of charge. Please note - The campground/pavilion will not have electricity or running water.





Meals will be provided at no cost to participants throughout the weekend. Please indicate the meals you would like:

Class Preferences

Full day classes will be offered Friday - Sunday (June 7 – 9) depending on student interest and availability. Classes typically begin at 9:00 am and end no-later than 5:30 pm. Early departure from field classes is not allowed unless it is due to a medical emergency.




* Those applying for a saw certification course (crosscut or chainsaw) must complete the saw training application.

What is your trail work experience?

Please note: This training is offered free of charge in an effort to inspire citizen stewardship of our trails. In exchange, we suggest in the coming year, participants volunteer at least 16 hours of work on trail projects. Find a project near you on our project schedule.

$35 Suggested membership. $25 Student/Senior membership. Membership benefits also include magazine subscriptions to the PCT Communicator and Backpacker, a sticker, a map brochure, invitations to join volunteer projects and discounts at the PCTA store.
